Improve port:
- Replace PORTVERSION with DISTVERSION.
- Set JAVA_VERSION to supported LTS versions:

- Parametrize activemq with PORTNAME.
- Optimize do-install: merge REINPLACE_CMD, MKDIR, split long lines.
- Improve rc script - use JAVA_HOME.
