net/miniupnpd: Update to 2.3.11HEADmain

Changelog (highlights):
 - fix heap overflow in PinholeVerification()
 - fix PCP option size parsing
 - re-enable port forwarding properly (broken in 2.3.10)
 - fix buffer read overflow in minixml.c
