The port has always built and installed three Apache modules (mod_dav_svn,
mod_authz_svn, mod_dontdothat), not just DAV support, so a name promising
only one of the three was misleading. Add PKGNAMEPREFIX=${APACHE_PKGNAMEPREFIX},
matching other modules.
