Add mail/stalwart 1.0.3 after the legacy 0.16 port has been moved to
mail/stalwart016.
Changes:
- Add Stalwart 1.0.3.
- Remove the transitional mail/stalwart -> mail/stalwart016 MOVED entry.
- Remove the ELASTIC option; upstream no longer provides it.
- Remove the FOUNDATIONDB option; 1.0 requires the 7.4 client, which is not in the ports tree.
- Build against the system RocksDB using the git-snapshot workaround.
- Add the bindgen/LLVM build dependencies required by aws-lc-sys and librocksdb-sys on FreeBSD.
- Add an UPDATING entry for the incompatible 0.16 → 1.0 data-store change.
