* jigdo-file (in configfile.cc) crashes because there is no check
whether text is empty.
* the iso file is not generated (scan.cc) - the port is built with
--without-libdb. In that configuration, JigdoCache leaves its
checkFiles flag uninitialized.
While here, fix LICENSE and pet port{clippy,fmt,lint}.
