This requires an old compiler (llvm14) to build at all and is broken on
FreeBSD 15 and main. It's also several releases behind and MASTER_SITE
points to a deleted github organization and project.
DEPRECATE with a longish expiration due to other devel/llvm14 dependent
ports needing time to migrate.
