archivers/py-bup: Update 0.32 => 0.33.10HEADmain

Commit log:
- The big change in the 0.33 series is that bup is now a real
  binary linked against libpython (selected via python-config).
- Configure no longer uses a plain PYTHON= variable; it uses
  BUP_PYTHON_CONFIG.
- BUP_PYTHON_CONFIG=${PYTHON_CMD}-config so configure/build uses
  the port’s Python (critical on 3.12+).
- Fixed the duplicate RUN_DEPENDS= that previously overwrote the
  real dependencies.
- Strip both the new bin/bup (lib/binary and the remaining *.so
  helpers.
