Both branches of the .if PORT_OPTIONS:MSVNSERVE_WRAPPER block listed
the exact same 11 binaries, differing only in whether svnserve carried
a .bin suffix. Compute SVNSERVE_EXT once and reuse it both in SUB_LIST
(for svnserve.in's procname substitution) and inline in
BINS_TO_STRIP, instead of maintaining two full copies of the list.
