Update xcb-util to 0.3.8, that was splitted in few modules, so, i'm adding the

following new ports:

xcb-util-image
xcb-util-keysyms
xcb-util-renderutil
xcb-util-wm

As approved by maintainer, i'm taking over the maintainership
