The FreeBSD PREFIX insistence plays havoc with runit, but this
should fix the issues on rebooting and shutting down when using
runit-init.
The problem was because of the inconsistency of where stopit and
reboot are stored.
While here, pet rclint and identify bug in rclint at the same time!

Everything is ready in edk2 for secure boot. To make use of secure boot
you have to boot into an EFI shell and install your keys. Booting an EFI
shell can be done by starting bhyve without any image attached to it.
More information on how to generate and install keys can be found in the
ACRN documentation [1].
Note that that secure boot capable UEFI implementation is required to
meet the Windows 11 requirements.

KDE Plasma 5.27.8, Bugfix Release for September
Tuesday, 12 September 2023. Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE
Plasma 5, versioned 5.27.8.
Plasma 5.27 was released in February 2023 with many feature refinements
and new modules to complete the desktop experience.
This release adds five months' worth of new translations and fixes from
KDE's contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and
include:
* KRunner: make debut on X11 faster.
* Powerdevil: don't automatically suspend by default if running in a
virtual machine.
* System Settings: Remove soft hyphens in keywords used for searching.

Update to the latest commit:
4368bb77 from 5 years ago
This allows us to use the maintained QtWebEngine instead of the
unmaintained QtWebKit.
The version has been set to 0.17-355, which is somewhat reasonable given
> git rev-list 0.17+15.10.20150810-0ubuntu1.. --count
355
Still, it is a fake version :)

Runas is a tool for running commands as another user. It is an
alternative to "sudo", which has a history of serious security issues,
and "su", which is inconvenient for anything but running a shell.
The runas command is a simple wrapper around "su" to streamline its
use. It differs from "sudo" in that it requires the password of the
target user rather than the calling user, and it requires no SUID
permissions or configuration.
